Some of us respond well to messages of hope, appeals to follow our dreams, and promises that if we reach for the skies we can end up amongst the stars (or something like that). If you're like me, what it will really take for us reach our goals is to break ourselves of our own bad habits. Procrastination, self-doubt, laziness- these are all things that can be pretty comfortable excuses for not taking the leap and just going for it.
